Getting past the Fortress of Karma is no easy task. Those walls locked off all of the Scourge Fronts, and even the land itself seemed to mold its shape specifically to blockade this single entrance point the Khanate has to Holy Shengesia. It was no joke even to say that Shengesia itself as a whole continent was propped up upon the most massive cliff face known in Hainei, a truly insurmountable hairpin, the waters of all of its coasts running off into the oceans like falls. Perhaps it were a spell at work that made the land itself become the opposition of those who made landfall here. I would not have put it past the Trinity to warp reality in such ways to their advantage.

I could not see the ground anymore. I felt my feet squishing something wet every time I took a step. I felt like a hand would reach up from below and grab my ankles at any moment. IT was AN uneasy feeling. I had expected to see anything here. I had expected to see crashed airships, destroyed fortifications, wrecked war machines.
Piles of dead bodies. War casualties. Fatalities. Bloodshed and slaughter and all things good. The stuff that we want to do that HE gives us. The rush in my blood when a neck gets slit wide open and the goop comes oozing right out. You could kill assholes and not feel bad about it. I'm glad he's us. He's god, our god.
