"I never thought I would meet someone like them in my life!"
"WE DIDN'T LET A SINGLE FUCKING VANNI IN HERE!" A bearded man with a missing left eye barks towards the three Administrators. "YOU ALREADY TOOK SO MUCH FROM THIS GOD DAMNED TOWN! WHAT GIVES YOU THE FUCKING RIGHT TO IMPLY WE DID ANYTHING TO YOUR PRECIOUS GIRL!"
The one to the left is a short, well groomed woman with a long, flowing purple ponytail. She's wearing a dark violet purple uniform with pink accented lines and flowers draping over a yellow, high collared coat. She narrows her violet eyes towards the crowd with a sneer.
The one in the middle is a man of average build and stature with remarkably pale skin. He's wearing a loosely-buttoned grey-blue dress shirt, striped jacket, slacks and dress shoes. His short grey blue hair and eyes already tells you who this is <span class="mu-b">Roland Krakatoa, son of Gregory Krakatoa.</span>
The one to the right is a wide-shouldered, tall man with long blonde hair who looks ready to fight at a moment's notice. His clothes consists of a bulky brown overcoat with shoddy metal plating attached to them, drab brown pants tucked into his jet black combat boots, thick leather gloves, and...a plastic rabbit mask?
The well-groomed woman is the first to speak up. "Don't bother lying to us. We already know she disappeared around this area."
Roland clicks his tongue with an annoyed sneer on his face. "We don't have time to waste, talking to people like you. Let us into the mines and you'll be left alone." His eyes begin to glow a greyish-blue hue. "We won't take no for an answer."
The bunny masked man is dead silent, only snarling and clenching his fists. Ready to brawl in case something happens. <<span class="mu-b">"Do what comes natural. That's all I need to do. This mask protects me. Keeps my SOUL intact."</span>>
Max promptly hides behind Benjamin to make sure Roland can't see her. Benjamin is clearly already freaking out because, well, obvious reasons. Alexis and Casey are the only ones keeping their cool right now but for vastly different reasons.
"Look, they're distracted." Alexis points out. "We should sneak into town and investigate from there. We don't need to talk to them."
"Oh, oh, but wouldn't it be smarter to connect with them? We all have the same goal, yes? To find a Vanni?" Casey chirps out.
[DELUSIONAL] "It wouldn't hurt to meet my in laws, right?" Benjamin tries his best to smile. "I AM a corporate worker, after all."
[SHELTERED] "Look, you don't understand. I don't know a lot but I know what my family and their associates are like. I agree with Alexis. We should go. Now. Please, please, please." Max pleads with you.
Seems like it's split perfectly between talking to them and trying to sneak past them. Shit. What to do, what to do? You doubt you'll have much time to stick around and think on it before they notice you anyways. There's pros and cons to both paths laid before you. Though you can think of a few paths of your own.
Well. Time to make a move.
