I think QM over there had said it was possible to win and basically end up with a veggie Lily which he wouldn't have really known what to do with at the time. Unlikely but possible.
With Merlin's own roles we could have won, and I don't think QM would have just killed off a character for the heck of it, had we won all won 2/3 or all 3/3

>>6148616Having an MC change for a tiny while might be fun. I would be interested, even if I do like Brandon. Constant changes are a bit off-putting, but it can be interesting some, as long as she doesn't have some very important twist or something associated which we might deduce. Or maybe very interesting? Who knows? Only you boss man, unless we go through the prior things and pick up on something super important and ruin it, with another characters POV to work with.
