"Archer is different from other lieutenants and admins. He's a real believer, there's not a drop of personal ambition in him, or a single spark of 'i need to do what Giovanni failed to do.'" She shakes her head. "Neo Rockets job is to prepare for the coming of crime when Giovanni returns. As a result, its main goal is to just, expand. And Archers clever enough to keep the group in line."
