Risae gave you three Dancing Kunai; you already knew what they did from the description of the Dancing Daggers [Custom Special] as well as your own Appraisal skill, but were given more context in that it was a magical weapon that was based on the kinetic movement of your entire body, meaning that it was more effective in making thrown magical copies if you were running. And unlike that [Custom Special], this was only one kunai— though that point really didn't matter if it could make temporary magical copies.
The other two Dancing Kunai only had one charge, but differed in that they could explode or freeze a hit opponent (depending on the kunai used).
Ai gifted you another artifact; the Lender's Record. An book which could keep records of any monetary transaction you made, simplifying and even estimating if it's a worthwhile investment or not. Ayane seemed surprised at the gift, commenting on how rare it was.
Kasato gave you some brass knuckles. Though not an artifact, but they were enchanted so that you could throw faster punches.
Sumiko gifted you some purple hyacinth flowers. These had spells on them that made sure they wouldn't wilt.
Talk of the gifts led to a conversation with Hisashi about the airship that you requested. He talked about the one that was in the process of being sent to you, which was...
>The cargo airship.
>The propeller airship.
>The two cutter airships.
>The ironclad.
>Something else... (Write-in)
Sumiko spoke to you the moment she noticed you were free, to your surprise.
"It's a shame." Sumiko said as she gazed at the celebration.
"That I'm not a kitsune, right?" You guessed.
"That too, but it wasn't what I was mainly referring to." Sumiko's stare made it's way to you. "It's a shame you weren't born earlier. You could've saved my family much grief."
"I know I have said this both to you and Ayane," She continued "But I truly wish for reconciliation."
"And I am willing to accept said forgiveness." You said. "I accepted the flowers, didn't I?"
"For that I am grateful." Sumiko closed her eyes. "But still, I fear you merely tolerate me for Ayane's sake." She glanced at all of your pregnant wives, then at Ayane, then back at you. "You should consider yourself fortunate. Especially since your heirs shall increase very soon."
"Yeah, yeah, I got the implication the first time." You said.
"Good. I expect at least one grandkit by this time next year." She said curtly.
With those words the ghost lady excused herself and went to talk with her daughters.
Hisashi walked up to you after his wife left.
"She can be a bit much." He said. "But please be patient with her. She's trying her best."
"Yeah, sure." You replied. After a few seconds of silence you continue. "So, what's up Hisa- father?"
"Nothing much, my boy." He replied after a beat, watching as Herta made up small figments for the kits again. "It seems like the time is near, doesn't it?"
"The time for what?"
