“Bye grandpa! Love you!” she replies, your granddaughter then ending the mental link happy. Sighing out, you wish you could have been there to reassure her before. So, with what you now know, you reach out to Caulifla, connecting her mind to your own.

“Is everything alright? I sensed your battle, are you okay?” she replies, worried for you. But it's not you that's the worry.
“Can you head over? We need to talk about something.” you tell her, your daughter immediately understanding. And without waiting to answer telepathically instead she simply appears before you a moment later. However, as she does, you realize something. She didn't use Instant Transmission, as you hadn't sensed her ki before appearing. Whatever she did was even faster, almost like the same technique Kars uses. “Hey.
