I do like to think if we had made Elliot gay, he still would have gone for one of the Pertingers. Hell, there is probably a fujo in Ravenclaw who has written something like "Little Twink Snake gets Dommed by Big Blond Badger, vol. 1-3", given how closely we associate with the twins.
I am really fucking curious how a Lily romance would have worked out. Could we have saved her? Would she have ended up as a recurring foe, trying to fight against Salazar's control until we could give her the strength to overcome him in the last Act? Gonna be interesting when this ends and QM can spill stuff like that.
Slightly surprised we didn't have a younger female Professor as a possible love interest but maybe its because I am playing Persona 3: Reload and there is a teacher romance path.
