>>5640478The lights are small and twinkling, barely a spark in the vast blackness of the void. Slowly they coalesce, an opalescence of tiny bright spots against the endless black of eternity. As they dance together, forming a small, complete whole, the lights seem destined to wink out into nothingness or to burn as a small ember for eternity. But such is not the way of the new creation, as if in rejection of their fate, they shine brighter, emitting such light and colour that seem to reject their humble beginnings. The resulting being is not a god of great size nor of power, but its mere existence seems a contradiction, as if it laughs in the face of that set before it.
