After a quick conversation Karn Jr awoke, Karn taking his youngest and sneaking silently out of bed. With his son in his arms, Karn took his namesake down into the depths of Towa's fortress. Finding a gravity chamber Karn turned it up to New Salda's gravity, and began teaching Karn Jr. to walk. After spending perhaps an hour alone with his son, Karn then joined his family for lunch. And now as we rejoin Karn, everyone's readying to split off, and do their own things here inside Towa's Fortress.
“Once I get you in that chamber, we'll see just how powerful your Ascended Berserker form makes you.” Maza is saying to Broly. “Once we get you over a thousand, I'm sure you're gonna really show off what this form of yours can do.”
“Hey Daddy, hold still!” Caulifla shouts, you turning curiously towards her. “CLOTHES BEAM!” she shouts, firing a golden beam from her outstretched fingertip. Trusting in your daughter, you don't try and dodge or deflect the attack. Instead you let the beam hit you directly in the chest. It strikes you and rapidly expands, her energy cloaking your entire body for a moment. But then it begins coalescing around your chest and legs, and after a moment her energy rapidly hardens. In about ten seconds, from start to finish, she's turned her energy into a basic training suit like you'd usually wear. Albeit without the boots. You look yourself over, surprised at how quickly Caulifla picked up the trick as she shouts, “TA-DA!”
“WOOAAAH! SO COOL!!” Megumin shouts excitedly, turning from you to Caulifla. “You gotta teach me how to do that!”
“We'll ask Cell, because I still haven't gotten it down yet.” she says, then notices your bare feet. “Whoops. Missed a spot. Mind if I go again?”
“Go for it kiddo.” you say, and with another shout of “Clothes Beam” find yourself now wearing boots as well.
“You picked that up just yesterday?”Ace asks her, clearly surprised as well. When she nods the affirmative, you see the ex-Time Patroller holding his chin, pondering.
“Well, I need to get back to work.” Towa says, raising her arms overhead and stretching. “I have a few things I need to get done. What about you Karn?”
