If you still get the creative itch, write shit down, experiment with character designs and potential formats for your quest ideas. Then save that stuff in a folder and forget about it for a while.
When you feel recovered or centered or whatever, take a look at that stuff again and see what you feel inspired to build on, if anything at all.

I get that nothing exists in a vacuum but don't run quests chasing the dopamine high of a 100 replies. At least 60% of the reason you run has to be because you want to express your creative vision.
