We don't have to force anything. It's just a change of subject. Klesiah is feeling the urge to do something and we're all mounted and they're both our "knights" so what harm is there in a friendly competition?
Very friendly mind you. Klesiah is a lightning/electro mage. Hao is a mamono who knows all about how to leverage that. Mamonos seem to be able to trade their "humanity" stat for bonuses if ya catch my drift.
Neither of them get to do what they can on those fronts. Most of all because embracing focus or surging corruption levels will likely shatter the BD for safety reasons. Old human man seems to have grasped this and built them with this in mind. Better to lose a chip than to unleash a corrupted horror of a mamono or a mindbroken human magipsycho upon his patrons...
