Besides, I feel like you might be misinterpreting Abe's unique abilities. Yes, he's an empath, but being able to read somebody and influence them is only half of the equation when it comes to therapy.
Without the ability to actually counsel people and affect change in them outside of sessions, he wouldn't be a particularly effective therapist at all.
Unless he's working on a Psych degree at ESU, I wouldn't recommend it.
