Lex can only shake his head at what he heard. You're not deterred, however! You're not quite sure why but you think you could impress him with a simple and easy magic trick. You look back at his chemistry set you're walking away from. With a flick of your wrist, you bring one of the flasks over to the three of you.
"So, what did you want to show m-" Benjamin sputters in the middle of his sentence when he sees the levitating flask. Lex looks at the flask, then at you, then at Ben, then back at the flask. As the three of you keep slowly sneaking over to the hidden exit, you do a few tricks with it.
Spinning it around in place, moving it up and down in the air, small little novelty things you can do without any real mental strain. Which you're thankful for since you rather save your energy for important things.
<span class="mu-g">Benjamin's eyes glimmer like he's a kid again.</span> "H-holy shit! A psych-" Lex promptly covers his mouth to prevent him from blowing your damn cover. You asked Alexis to use that card and you're not letting it go to waste.
The three of you slide into the back room where the hole in the wall was. Only then does Lex uncover Benjamin's mouth. "Y-you have psychic powers?!" He starts running circles around you. He scans you from head to toe, as if he doesn't believe that YOU could have those powers. Lex just grabs the levitating flask and pulls it back down to a nearby shelf.
"Yep. And if you come with us, I might be able to teach you how to use my magic powers." You try your best to make spooky sounding noises while waving your fingers around. "So, how about it? You wanna get out of here?"
"Hell yeah! If I get to learn cool powers, screw these chumps!" <span class="mu-g">That seems like that was the right answer.</span> "Oh, right! Name's Benjamin Aaron!"

"Cool." You already knew his name, kinda, but you're not really interested in it per se. You're interested in getting him to a company and getting that god damn paycheck.
[PERSON OF INTEREST] Selling someone interested in the ways of the supernatural to a company. He will leak your secrets to them. They will know.
[UNSTABLE] THEY'VE BEEN FOLLOWING US LONG BEFORE THAT, DUMBASS. SO WHAT IF THEY KNOW WE CAN MOVE AROUND FLASKS? BIG WHOOP. WHO GIVES A SHIT.
The three of you squeeze past the hole in the wall. To make sure your tracks are covered, you slide the piece of sheet metal hiding the hole back into place (with some help, of course).
You're in the home stretch now. You lead the others around to the front, hoping to god that Alexis has managed to keep them distracted this whole time. You turn the corner to see the front of the building...
"Alright, seems like things have been figured out for now. You can return to your business." Alexis taps her foot against the ground. The gang members are quickly rushing back inside, closing the shutter behind them. She turns around to see that you have Benjamin alongside you.
