Upon the words of TalOS a nearby gate opened. From this gate several men walked out to the roar and applause of thousands who had the lucky chance of viewing this event. For a moment the entire field in front of them flickered to a blue color before the void shield disappeared again for the people watching.
“Before you today stand the wicked and the accused. The men you have witnessed before held the honor and respect to prostrate themselves before the Machine God, these fools however did not.” TalOS announced as the group of men were testing out their guns.
Among them was a series of men that were either dreadful murders or sycophants. A couple of them were even new Initiates into the Cult, but they were fools who ran aground of the Machine God’s doctrines. If TalOS remembered one of them even attempted to create an AI, which landed him into this damnable state.
“These men of dishonor have been given unto the beasts. The Machine God no longer cares for them and as such they shall be fed to the beasts.” TalOS told the crowd as he gave the caveat, “But each of these men fight with the knowledge that if the Machine God grants them strength that they could potentially win. If such a mercy is given, then they shall be let go.”
As TalOS said these words another of the massive gates opened with the Colosseum shaking somewhat with each step. Everyone turned to look at the massive collard monster that gave a beastial roar.
“Before you all stands the Mega-Fauna of B-45-76, recognized as a Ruptsarian.” TalOS said to the group as the beast gave another roar, “Today, with the grace of Arch Explorator Pterraxi, we shall see just one of the many horrors that fight against us in the Galaxy.”
With those words the creature roared while giving charge. It was a massive creature that was covered in razor sharp blades. It ran on all fours but when it reached some of the convicts the front pat of the creature wrapped them in a deathly embrace. Like some kind of carnal machine the men were turned into ribbons with a tug of the death-beast’s front arms.
The men all around the creature began shooting at it with the last rifles and autoguns that they had when they were captured. TalOS could hear Trig cheering on the Mega-Fauna as it turned fellow men into pieces of flesh. As everyone watched the creature took one of the ribboned pieces with its mouth and ate the piece without chewing. As seen here, TalOS learned that these creatures lacked any teeth due to the massive spikes on their body already processing the food for them.
