With the pull of a trigger, a poofy explosion like a massive paper bag popping tore from the barrel of the gun, blasting at the armored American and Stormwatch director. Compressed air has no real projectile and very little lethal capacity, but it's great at creating a wall of wind to stop an aggression. With the blast of wind centered between the two, Ms. Jousten spun around before catching herself and continuing on, while the wind effectively <span class="mu-i">bounced</span> off Gabriel in his march.
Realizing the opportunity, you raise your axe and begin swinging, There's dozens of roots that form up how Zephyr walks. It takes time figuring out which ones are superficial and which ones are important, but you keep at it.
During this time, you see Zephyr work the lever on his shotgun.
A blast of fiery thunder rips out. The projectiles are fast, too fast to see. Only flatten beads of metal shoot straight up off the heavy metal gorget right in front of Gabriel's face, This blast causes him to rock to the side like the V-Ring does.
Katriina, however, catches some of the shot and a little of the spalling. Her armor is not meant to be bulletproof up to buckshot, and the hard black material is roughly punctured. L5 Jousten recoils in pain, and limps a step, but as Zephyr turns the aim of the gun elsewhere, she bolts forward with a wild swipe.
Simo had managed to get close enough to strike the roots, but not even a second after his first swing, Zephyr's enlongated shotgun pressed against his chest. Point blank compressed air sent the green knight straight to the floor. The armor preserves him.
As Gabriel, Katrina, and yourself begin tearing into his lower section while Blythe shoots from afar and Sumika rushes over as quickly as she can, Zephyr steps away with a spin. The branches slap and swat at you as he twirls, a move so flawed for a normal sized target is sincerely debilitating.
Having stepped away, the tree glares at you with his five beady black eyes from what is clearly a head.
The fact you met Leshy twice, yet you simply did not notice his face...
Zephyraut rears his axe into an almost golf-club like stance, and begins to aggress.
"<span class="mu-g"><span class="mu-s">Be <span class="mu-i">gone.</span></span></span>"
<span class="mu-b">Zephyraut is specifically targetting you and Gabriel with focused melee strikes. Zephyr's direct melee DC is split between the two of you, unless you intercede Gabriel's engagement... that would be a nigh-impossible DC, however. As they are all attacking, Katriina and Gabriel are giving you +2d8 to attack.</span>

>Put that armor to use! Do as much damage as you can! (Brave, 15d8t5)
>If you take Gabriel's hit for him, he can keep up good pressure. Take the hit for him! (Intercede, 10d8t<span class="mu-i">10</span>)
