The scroungers though have also adapted a bit stronger sense of vibration sense. Using the sensory organs under neath their mouth they are able to better detect the changes in the waves. Not quite perfected but it helps them detect if theres a particularly strong current bringing drifters around or find the scuttlers from a larger distance and with more percision. Making it a little less likely that a stray drifter tentacle may catch them offguard. Though in response the drifters have hardened the ends of their tentacles to latch on better. to both prey species,
(also dont mind me realizing i did two fairly similar evos. but anyway hopefully this is working. How woul you like to evolve the seafloor scroungers next?
