The Scarred Spears have been disbanded. They're either MIA or dead, though we can assume some of them were taken by the Windsworn.
The Coldeyed Archers have renamed themselves, and is considered disbanding, as the Banner is almost depleted. We cannot integrate them into other units, because their enormous Wrack exposure makes it a minor hazard. The two survivors of the Event don't entirely know what to do with themselves, and we could use a decision about this?
>send back them to Company HQ
>give them a pep-talk and a pat on the back
>...?
>resolving this is a free action
The Eager Edges and Windswept Blades are both at half strength, and are requesting to be merged to form one full strength banner of Blades.
>Resolving this is a free action - more flexibility in keeping them as two units, but harder to coordinate.

It's been a chaotic few hours.
It may be that some units are out of order, but the functional upshoot is that we've formed a good amount of banners that are relatively able to operate as a unit.
We could merge some of our Banners into larger formations, or split them into smaller ones. This is what the Windswept and Eager are requesting. It may be useful to organise our archers into a single larger Section rather than a Banner, but in doing so they do become much less flexible. This choice we'll have to leave with the bannerleaders.
>Units can be shuffled around to bring formations up to strength or spread them out. This is a free action. In case of a tie or a deadlocked argument, some dice are rolled. Units use an aggregate average of skills, so shuffling high skill units into lower skill units can improve them a little. Refilling higher skill units with lower skill units reduces total skill a little.
>All this is a lot of additional "make-work", and is not strictly required, but you may have specific designs or ideas that it helps to do.

Because we have all these SUPPLIES, and a bit of time, we might want to see about refitting ourselves a little. There's quite a few ways to go about it.
For now, recall that the standard kit of any trooper - including you - is a Weapon, a Shield, A Shortblade, Two Bandages, Two Torches, Two Bags of Salt and a 2 DR Uniform. Some units have slightly more kit, some have slightly less, but this is the core. Giving specific units specific gear or kit or refit may adjust their characteristics.
The Ironwrought served with Distinction as Vanguard Breachers, and are requesting to do so again. It may be more optimal to give that task to another Banner, but distinguished repeat service improves the banners capabilities
The Sharp Sharps served with Distinciton as Standardbearers. They'd prefer to do more fighting next time, please, but will simply bring the banner with them if you want them to hold on to it. . .
