Depicted are merely the active combatants- there are too many Pokemon here to count. Escavalier knocked out by Virizion or eachother, snails both peeled and frightened into submission...the range your telepathic message gets too wide a range of responses. Some guilt, some shock...mostly fear of retribution. Nobody seems to be able to answer you coherently, but can feel the intent behind Bitter Malice.
One impression stands out among the rest, spreading immediately to the other Pokemon.

These splinters used to be a bridge connecting the center platform to the southeast, but the whole thing is gone now. supposing you got to the ledge where it used to connect(the striped line), you could climb up regardless of your AP. That's a lot of spikes in the way, though...
