When I was younger I wanted to do maths or theoretical physics stuff like be a particle physicist at CERN, then I realised, I cannot do maths, and also vampire sorcery (investment management) is much better, because economics is like fake impostor maths + tarot reading. But mathematics is super fun, I still like reading about it, and I do some embarassing amateur self-taught hobby programming occasionally for my cringe rpg random tables or threejs experiments I give up on (my code is really bad. I basically program javascript, C, C++ from 2011 lol, and that processing Java graphics APDE all the same way lol - do not do this).
I do not actually know python, but I once adapted Prim's algorithm for minimum spanning trees from python to javascript, that was about it.
I hope you have fun studying pure mathematics, we need more of it in this world, and less vampire sorcery.
