"Don't fucking remind me. He was rambling about being 'cool' and 'doing a good job' and- fuck me." Felix hisses.
"Could you clarify, Phi? How much do you really know about him?" Any information about him is useful, granted the man's inability to recall his own past.
<span class="mu-b">Felix instantly flinches when the topic is brought up.</span> You look towards him before going back to Phi. "Well?"
"I told him a lot already! You can just ask...him. Oh." Phi puts out the cigarette into her rotten body. She doesn't flinch. "Well, I guess I can tell you what Zetas do, from what I know."
"Which is?" You have forgotten most of the ETF naming conventions. At least the Rangers just seem to be strictly code names.
<span class="mu-b">"They do jobs other ETF can't or won't do."</span> How vague. "Whether the other task forces aren't available or it's too...risky."
"We're not talking about this anymore. Goodbye." Felix exits the room, becoming just Employee F to you again. Phi quickly follows. Well, you have more ammo to yell with when Admin recovers.
>G2, R, follow and Observe B-Agent
Good thing they already have the BBQ as an excuse to keep an eye on her. The boots are obviously meant for humans but hey. Dogs are man's best friend.
Who could hate a dog? (You were always more of a cat person. Maybe the Admin's different.)
Really, it's almost hard to even pay attention to Employee G2 since he could blend into a wall with how non-descript he is, boots or no boots.
The Agent hardly seems to notice him either, though she does notice Employee R running around her feet. She pauses the conversation she has with Employee T, reaches down to pet R, before continuing it. All while Employee G2 listens.
Employee B3 and V seems oddly insistent on giving the Agent more food to eat to make sure she stays. Very clever little humans, huh?
>V, mess with GWIT and bonedust
Speaking about Employee V, he has the bonedust and book set aside on a separate table. After giving another employee a second serving, he goes over to mess with it.
<span class="mu-b">The glow of the book gets stronger when the bonedust is moved closer.</span> Aside from that, he flips through the book to see if there's any change.
He squints. "Huh, those words weren't there before." Employee V takes a moment to scribble down what he's reading onto another piece of paper.
Employee V continues to flip through the book but there's no obvious sign of anything happening. Perhaps it only makes itself known if you cast a spell or use another PARADIGM?
Working Notes - V
-"FORGIVENESS" was written on one of the previously blank pages. I tried my best to transcribe what fragments were written below.
-"removes", "only usable when", "bone dust", "influence and fear", "violence", "adds" "kindness".
-If I had to make any guess, we would probably need more bonedust to make it transcribe more letters. Or maybe we can just add our own spells if we figured out how it worked?
