Drag your captives ashore, so they might be more cooperative.By your divine nature you have ways of interacting with hated land dwellers in the water, such as rendering them temporarily aquatic. In this case though, they are obviously in a frantic state so making things worse for them probably won't benefit your goals. Easier for everyone to deal with them on land, as well as simply, it's been such a long time since that you wouldn't mind a trek ashore. Feeling dry land beneath your feet.
So then you swim along the coast, trying... not particularly hard to keep your captives above the water, their heads at least. They struggle and yell and fear for their lives of course, but you are impossibly stronger and in the water to boot. Putting some distance from the ship then by a few leagues, you aren't able to find an island unfortunately but you can locate a rocky portion of the coast. The narrow shore between the sea and the high cliffs won't give the prisoners much change to escape.
<span class="mu-b">"-hey! Don't you do that!"</span>
Not for lack of trying though, as you make for the shore and tramp out of the shallows onto the sand, dragging the captives through the surf and dumping them on the beach exhausted and coughing up water. Temporarily distracted by the sensation of being out of the water... the sea breeze against your slick skin, the damp sand beneath your feet... after a contented sigh, you notice the stronger of the two men having clamored to his feet and off running down the beach. Incidentally you actually wouldn't be able to catch him on land if he has a head start, but it's no trouble to you so close to the water, as you lean down to gulp up some water from the surf and then with a heave you spew it the distance between you with enough force to knock the human off his feet winded.
<span class="mu-b">"Ah, this would be so much easier if you could understand..."</span>
Tramping down the beach after him then and dragging your other prisoner, you shove the two of them against the rocky cliffside and stand menacingly over them. At about ten feet tall and sufficiently wide, it's easy to intimidate enough for them to get the picture; faced with little other choice they surrender for the time being. Both take a seat, still exhausted, and one takes to praying.
