TalOS pondered to himself as he looked over towards the Black Stone pendent that was hanging nearby. He of course wondered how the Xenos had so much foresight when they really should not have. Was it some kind of psychic ability or trick?
It does not matter as TalOS looked at the obvious reality.
+Order the fleet to retreat to sector 3-87-3.+ TalOS declared as he remembered back to the map, +The Xenos have seen through our schemes and are likely planning some kind of maneuver.+
+Understood Arch Dominus.+ An Adept called out as they began piecing in the coordinates.
The main issue with Warp Travel, especially their kind, was that unless they wanted to leave without injury they had to wait a few moments. At such times the fleet was vulnerable, but did the Xenos know of this fact? That he did not know.
With that they waited. TalOS reached in and felt out the slowly warming Warp Drive as he began to scheme out and confirm the path of retreat. It was a tense wait as TalOS was sure that the Xenos will surely have something prepared for him as well.
The wait was still eventful though. With every minute TalOS waited the more ships arrived from the Mechanicum. They all received the new commands without complaint and waited out for their own Warp Drives.
+Arch Dominus.+ One of the Adepts announced, +Warp Drive is ready for firing.+
TalOS gave a solemn nod as he head those words, +Activate the alerts to alert the crew! Hold everything down that you hold dear! Upon this moment we traverse from the realm of our Lord and to the Realm of Monsters!+
As those words were being announced several Warp Rifts began to form in front of the ships belonging to the Mechanicum. As the ritual continued the ships slowly made their way into the portals and immersed themselves into the Warp once again. After what was three minutes there was not a single ship remaining in the system.
