Delta Green / Cthulhu also makes me think of the videogame Control (by the Remedy Max Payne people) the aesthetic there is more 1960s office SCP copypasta and brutalism architecture though.
I also remember some visual inspiration from the old Motorola 1960s homes of the future ads on some internet blog. They have a slight retrofuture / fallout feel to them though, but maybe it works in a Disco Elysium artpunk way
