While they currently have Kronya surrounded, none of them seem to go in and to make the first move. As they begin taking small steps back, Kronya moves forward.“What, don’t tell me you’re getting cold feet?” Kronya says. At her side is a wickedly sharp, curved dagger, which appears to be made from a familiar looking black material you know all too well. “If that’s the case, I’ll just come to you!”

Kronya moves with that same blinding speed you recall from before. Had any of your friends turned their back to run from her, they’d have barely made it a few steps before being skewered. Fortunately, they heeded your words, and were able to dig in to ready themselves for the girl’s reckless rush forward. Kronya clashes blades with Petra and Ferdinand first. Despite outnumbering her, it takes all their skill just to block her attacks. You haven’t seen anyone, not even the Professor, move quite as fast as this woman.
“Out of the way!” Caspar yells, swinging his axe in an overhead strike, only to hit the ground Kronya was just standing on.
“Too slow!” Blocking a stab from Petra with her dagger, she uses her free leg to acrobatically kick Caspar in the face, sending the boy reeling. She continues to trade blows with Petra, pushing the Brigid Princess on the defensive. Ferdinand attempts to join the fray again, but in a move that you’re only barely able to catch with your eye, Ferdinand falls to the ground in a heap, clutching a bloody wound in his stomach. As he falls, Corrine takes his place, helping to keep Petra from being overwhelmed.
“This isn’t good, Ferdinand’s hurt bad!” Linhardt exclaims. “Blair! You need to pull him out of there before he bleeds out!”
Easier said than done. This is already turning into quite the mess. But Linhardt is right, if you don’t act now, someone is going to die for sure. Kronya won’t just let you drag the boy out though. If you’re too slow, you’ll put yourself in harm’s way.
