>>5260322You forgot your snow princess! Drawing a quick map. something I didn't really do to keep things vague and not really have to worry about the details. Also to cover the fact I know absolutely nothing about China. Guess it's biting me in the ass now. However, I will say that traveling at fast as you can will not take long. Beijing is far more north than I remember in geography class.
So. The Valley of peace is in southern China. To get to the capital (Beijing), it's probably 2 months of travel as for major stops or barriers? Nothing much other than the ussual and now bounty hunters. There's no form of blockades or the like on the main roads. Other than perhaps some patrols of military making their rounds or perhaps moving to the next location, China is in a state of peace so there's no real reason for them to be on any kind of alert...other than for you but compared to the war you want to prevent that's not much. Fastest way would be simply to go by foot...or fly I guess if you want to try that anon's idea though you'd have to convince a bunch of birds to do it for you and given your wonderful reputation that will be an adventure on it's own.
From the Capital to the Valley of peace however, is a much longer trip and that one can be taken many ways. You can return via the ocean as you did before and circumvent majority of the continent that way, or try and leverage your speed and take the striaght route there. Boat is slower in comparision but it beats having to deal with an entire country of people and only a handful of crewmates. You're still in the northern most part of China, right at the village at the base of the mountain where villages there are small even compared to those in central china. Basically the only thing between the wilds of mongolia and the fledgling villages of northern China is the mountain range there...and the great wall.
Apologies in advance to all the geography buffs I killed via my own stupid mapping of the country.
