The world is not right, that's for certain. But what's causing it? Is it another trick of the forest? Sounds likely. Why does it even exist? Are they in danger? Is it trying to change their minds? So how do they stop it?
He thinks of what could possibly serve to destabilize whatever false reality they're living in right now. He's got his usual bag full of tricks. Maybe he could take it slow, one thing at a time. Maybe he could jump right into it, and take the war path.
No, that's not the right way. It says right on the first page of The Art of Vee; 'do funny stuff and cause a lot of chaos when nobody knows it's you.'
And Vee thinks he knows all the right ways to do that.

Or at least he tries. He's never tried using one in this way, but if it's truly as fiery as the name would lead him to believe, rubbing it against a twig or two might be enough to catch a few bushes aflame with a meager spark.
