"So I did a bit of hobbywork to find out how to modify and create armor!"
"I shall return this and return to my regular armor when you need this ceramic battlearmor!" Her smile is almost beaming with how proud of herself she is.
[UNSTABLE] LOOK MAN SHE JUST DRAPPED A BUNCHA RANDOM SHIT ONTO SOME EXPENSIVE ARMOR. SHE'S HYPING HERSELF UP TOO MUCH.
[PERSON OF INTEREST] She knows enough to be able to modify it without making the suit clunky. I say it's impressive enough.
"Cool! So." Kiara interrupts Casey's small speech to get to the root of the matter. "We can't exactly stay here. We gotta get moving."
"I concur." Benjamin adjusts his glasses. "You guys have any plans? I think the best move is to leave."
"Nope. We're going to the closest governmental building to deliver a report."
"Oh! Right, shit, forgot about that!" Benjamin runs his hand through his hair. "Snipers shooting at us does that to me."
"Oo! I can help!" Molly finally stops gibbering over Clover's cool timestop stunt. "C'mon! Let's go!" Annnd she's already running away from the group who's trying to protect her.
"Verily! Chase after her!" Casey's not far behind. The rest of your group scrambles to chase after the two. Clover is limping behind the others so you can't go full speed.
Not like it's necessary since Molly and Casey got lost in the fog. Your group easily finds them and, using the GPS you have, you take the time to actually find the damn building instead of wandering around in this damned fog. You wonder if this is a natural part of Q-Company's districts or not.
[SEEKER OF THE CITY] To the best of your knowledge it is. The excess pollution from the various factories scattered throughout this part of the City has resulted in large swathes of the District and its subdistricts being fogged up almost permanently.
Asking your mental encyclopedia done with, you spend the next god knows how long looking for the building in question through this haze of pearly white fog. Thankfully having Kiara around helps out a lot so you soon arrive at the building in question.
The first thing that catches your eye over what you learn is called the Q-PHI-7 CITY HALL is the sheer height of it. You have to crane your head up and squint through the fog to even get a glimpse at the top. The only buildings you've seen that rival it are the massive P-Company Tower facilities back when you did the Casino mission.
The sleek white marble it's made out of is polished to a point to shimmer under the faint sunlight that can pierce through the fog. The ethereal shimmer that surrounds the building is almost enthralling to look at-
"I TOLD YOU I'M GOING TO PAY THAT FINE TODAY-"
"HOW MANY PERMITS TO RENOVATE MY BURROW AGAIN-"
"A $5 FINE FOR NOT DOTTING MY 'I'S? TSK."
Is how busy it is outside. Your group is instantly surrounded by a swarm of faceless Drones in business suits and ties in a limited range of dark grey to black hues. You gotta get moving.
