The Samurai gunners are piling in, swordsmen behind them. Our Mash'chetet retreated, and they gave chase as predicted. A lot of them. Our Mash'chetet even fled outside and turned back to fire more.
Unfortunately, one of the Samurai gunners came down the hall towards the server room. A laser was fired, taking him out, but another followed and opened fire. Our ninas knew those high caliber bullets would overpenetrate the door. They would fly back and into the server equipment, which would possibly take it offline and disrupt the download. They chose to get in front of the door with their bodies and use them as shields to block the bullets. Three more Siqariyim died as a result, their heavy bodies leaving the team leader, codename;fujin and another ninja inside as the gunners closed in.

The download is complete. We have now obtained not only the schematic for Amulet cognitive chips crucial to our Psionic soldier project, but schematics of various Samurai cyborg frames and defense system used on the very compound that will allow us to study their bodies further and discern their own weaknesses and flaws in cyborg construction.
We teleported the Siqariyim team leader and the last ninja in the server room out safely.
The Mash'chetet fight in the open. Unfortunately for them, the number of the Samurai reinforcements that arrived allowed them to corner our troops. They came out the back thinking they'd find clear grounds, and instead ran into more Samurai waiting for them. Ashigaru who fired tanegashima at them. Although the Ashigaru were cut down with return fire after the surprise, more were behind.
The remained of our Mash'chetet fought tooth and nail, killing over [198] more Samurai before we were able to teleport the remaining agents out.
