>>5734276>Planetary phenomena etcThank you very much for the suggestions! I think what you wrote makes sense for exoplanets, meteor showers probably more likely etc. Also tidal locking, I learnt apparently that in contrast to the depiction of Chronicles Of Riddick lol the terminator line (boundary between burn zone and ice zone) of those planets potentially could be theoretically habitable hehe some physicists apparently did some convection modelling. However I want to keep the high Kardashev capture star-moving technologies a bit rare, I think the game might end a bit too quickly if you could start off just by building Ringworlds and dyson spheres hehe. I am thinking that a lot of the tech advancements might require relics eg salvaging ancient technology a wreck or derelict to construct a starship a bit like the lore of Battlefleet Gothic, but maybe people want to leap in and start building huge astroengineering projects straightaway (in which case, how to balance this?)
Also hehe the high probability weight to WAR is because I have all these pictures of SPACE GUNS lol I want to upload them
Anyway please enjoy this pic related of goggle-eyed Vin Diesel pointing at the sun and demonstrating how to survive on Crematoria, a tidal-locked barren frozen / burn planet. Despite all the grease and water dousing and oily exposed skin not much romance occurs. If I remember the necromongers Thandie Newton and the Rohirrim / Judge Dredd man had more erotic tension than Vin Diesel in this film unfortunately.
