Individually a Pariah may in fact be more valuable than an astartes or an acillian. So it would be very worthwhile to give their elites especially elite gear like mech frames.
I suspect there might even be fewer nulls in the galaxy than there are noble knights and squires, and if each of those nobles could justifiably be supported in a gigantic knight frame, then that's proof of concept the pariahs themselves could reasonably be afforded at least up to that size or less. Certainly I hope that Trig or Vera are interested in being esquired for a full blown Knight suit given the sheer size and power of their aura (Sisters of Silence did have elite Oblivion Knights - what stops us from making them true knights?).

Then much more long term, if the Emperor could make Psi-Titans, I see no reason we cannot follow in the opposite direction. The Psi-Titans themselves were piloted by blanks iirc, so that their powerful machine soul would not overwhelm their princeps.
