Anastasia Kravinoff was standing on a nearby rooftop, next to a strangely dressed man who was very hairy, very shirtless and very muscular. His fashion sense was exotic to say the least, and you were certain that you’ve never seen the guy before. You would’ve remembered someone with an animal pelt draped over their back.
Usually, the sight of Ana would’ve filled you with excitement, but you were having extremely mixed feelings about this whole thing. Why was she with this guy? Why were they even here?
In those brief moments that felt like an eternity, her eyes found yours, and she gasped visibly. You could see the shock on her face clear as day, and the man beside her raised an eyebrow in concern.
But when the robots started moving again, so did time. Her face hardened, and you were forced to peel your eyes away from her. You couldn’t afford to get distracted.

<span class="mu-b">“No kidding.”</span> Abel quipped.
<span class="mu-s">“No. Trouble at home.”</span> she amended.
<span class="mu-b">“We’ll deal with that later. For right now, try to stay alive.”</span>
