The banner is a collage. The girl is from PapaNinja on DA, if I remember correctly, and the background is a flipped shot of Sidney Prescott's house from Scream. The font is Ft13th from DaFont, fucked with via MS Paint, with VHS effects by PhotoMosh.
Pic related is how I go about making the rest of the images, with the help of Google, GifCam's monochrome setting and, once again, good ol' MS Paint.
