Certainly you have your distressing suspicion that the twins are, given their similar peak physicality that you saw in the shower, as well as the branding on their backs. You try not to let your mind run away with you to speculation and dark places, but things definitely feel more sinister now than they even were before. All the more you're starting to appreciate the effort, and probable wisdom, of playing along with things here and not drawing suspicion. Even if you don't like or agree with what you're experiencing and learning about, at least to last long enough to make it out of this place alive and well.
