Unfortunately the stricter weight limit means the drone must lose it’s defensive carapace, and the loss of gripping talons means it can no longer climb cliff faces or mountain sides. On the plus side it’s increased agility on water makes it harder to hit.

Two drones simultaneously evolve a pair of long dexterous arms. This enables them to more effectively manipulate objects, throwing them as an improvised ranged attack. They can also navigate forest more easily climbing and swinging from trees. Their new found dexterity allows them to build crude structures out of local materials, although without any kind of bonding agent <span class="mu-s">further evolution might be required to become a true builder</span>.
