The wooden stones surrounding the manorial estate combined with the palisade around the Elemental Tree will make sneaking in there rather complicated. There are no visible gates on the palisade, only two visible entrances guarded by tabard-wearing militias. If you can get outside the estate itself, maybe sneaking in the tree isn't a dream...

First option will open things for further options about how to possibly sneak inside the Elemental Tree. Good prep work and synch with Rikard will reduce future dcs and might even remove the need for rolls altogether. Second choice will open more mundane things like a possible discussion with your father or maybe having Rey isolate herself in the open shrine of Unity here in the estate.
Sorry about the delay in pacing. Mohun Wilds is keeping my attention so I might be a bit slow until the honeymoon period is over.
