Two months more pass, and the wine festivals have been great! Good times are had, and a well deserved break is had together, with other people in the common struggle.

You have all had more luck with fetching fish ever since that day you woke up with a fish on the beach the other day! The elder from the Red Berry clan thinks something ominous is afoot, as if he can "feel" a change happening soon. This is nothing new, he has said this every week of every month here, but *now* he *really* feel a change in the air.
Some of the prominent merchants and sailors that came here with you, has come over to your building, with plans for rearranging management. They believe more people need to be represented when deciding what we should do with our limited resources.
You know what they were getting at before they served their suggestions it: They want a piece of the pie too.
They have different takes on what to do:

"I really want to make this collective into a new republic, somewhat similar to Deisan. If we redefine ourselves as something new, we can seek to further our own interests before those of the mainland. We have had no direct contact with them for some time, so we might as well use this autonomy to further the needs of our people."

"I know most of those here are humans, and that most of them live shorter lives compared to us elves. But i believe that through our common cause we can reach a spiritual hight that would otherwise be rather hard to reach. I know elves have capacity for magic, but this way we might all to some degree get powers too"

"I believe you have done excellent so far in managing how things are going, but you currently have too much of a say in everything. I want you to still be in charge. But I want you to delegate some power further down to some of us that you trust *wink*, that way we can all better manage good yields while you make wise decisions."
The way things have been so far has worked out great, but it seems change was inevitable.
There is a need to side with one, provide a good alternative, or make some compromise
