If I have missed any questions please let me know, I do enjoy anons showing interest in the setting and deepest lore.

>5346888One: Is Ardenne the tiny islet right next to Deepwood or the landmass separated from the rest of Romaine by the Montbrun mountains? I seem to recall you saying that the crown of Romaine was an island city, but the map indicates that the entire region is Ardenne.
Ardenne is the entire region, of which Romaine is the rump state remainder of. The centre of power of old Ardenne is indeed the tiny islet on the map. I will have to refer to my notes to see if I actually ever locked in it’s name before it became known as the Isle of the Damned a few centuries ago.
>Two: Do we have any IC knowledge of the Deepwood? Any vague rumors or legends about kingdoms of the dead or strange beasts and people living there?IC your of the Deepwood is so severely limited it’s virtually less a foreign land and more like an ethereal otherworldly realm where mankind never broached. Scholars of Canton would know that Fae reside there in numbers, but not whether they are a kingdom per se or even in charge. In the orthodox doctrine, the Deepwood is basically where Cain drew a massive line after purging the whole of eastern Canton. IC Emile would know this included the slaying of several minor pagan demigods (most relevant to you being Ursen) and telling the rest that he drove out to stay the hell out if they knew what was good for them. A lot of the Order of Names work, at least in the earlier days, was to be the ‘Didn’t you get the memo’ to resurfacing powers once Cain mic-dropped and sailed away.
>Three: Do Pegasi live exclusively in the Montbrun mountain range or is there a population living in the Fallavon mountains as well? Do we recall any rumors about the region? To your knowledge the Pegasi are exclusive to the Montbrun mountain range. Fallavon mountains see much more in the way of wyverns. IC Emile might have heard this sort of rumour, but a Montbrun noble such as Rabe would know that Pegasi and Wyverns will go out of their way to fuck the other up. Mostly if they hold the advantage but even one on one they’ll probably go at it, weather permitting.
>5347979I think it’s perfectly fine if I’m prompting it, but it’s when anons are being gamey and requesting to swap out the favour when they know a combat or social event is coming up. I’m fine with anons thinking about how intrigue is going to be a factor in the Langland environ in general (copperclippers get clipped), but I’ll be sure not to indicate that Emile is not being directed by the mechanical bonuses as opposed to the appeal of the lady in question.
I’m not going to refrain from putting more contenders in the waifu camps during your travels, but I do think we’re looking at the two major ride-or-die camps here…
>5348353Very noice, I like that you rate Courageous Sky highly among birbs
