Even if they now both know it will happen. I don't think they will encourage it IC, though I don't think they would try to stop it futility. "It's going to happen, it need not be said."
#2 We should probably, delicately, bring up a suggestion that will aid both of us that isn't very obviously a grab for power either. Something that will genuinely be useful and that we cannot do ourselves
#3 The C'tan derives survival and worship from Mankind, but it is still a C'tan. If people believe that the Void Dragon loves and protects them, he will love and protect them. The Emperor may like the idea that at least this gives him some assurance that the C'tan will work for the good of mankind, something he would be hard pressed to do otherwise
#4 If at all possible it's gotta be catchy and try to be simple. "There are no Gods" "The Emperor Protects" "Only in Death does Duty End". This was the hard part
#5 Sliding in ourselves as Omnissiah, that we exist as a separate entity and vow to protect mankind, will be good for TalOS in the long run. More importantly, it also ensures that people recognize that the Emperor is not the Omnissiah or convolute with him
This is perhaps THE most important decision we could ever make in the game, the one with possibly the most longest lasting effects. Thought hard on this. Wish I could come up with something more catchy.
Hopefully QM can weigh in on whether or not some or part of this is possible/good idea.
