The next morning comes by, and it goes normally enough until news comes to you abruptly in the form of a high pitched scream from below. You grab your gun and rushed to the basement where Yumi was sealed in, only to find Mel surrounded by slimes and some small golems. With some shots at slime nuclei and Aether Wire to shred the animated constructs it's over. With a sheepish smile she apologizes for letting those monsters creep up and startle her. From the bags under her eyes she must've been looking over the place all night. You tell her to get some rest, and tell her that she's done a good job in finding this.
Her search had apparently led to the revelation of a small dungeon underneath the basement. It was generally agreed by all the girls native to this world that it looked more like a dungeon exit than an entrance, which was strange to say the least. Cattleya said that the architecture inside looked dwarfish, while Ruby commented on the golems reminding her of ancient technology.
You wake Yumi up from her slumber, but she claims to not know anything about it.
There were a few different ways forward in this...
(Roll 1d100)
>Have Herta magically seal the exit (entrance?) once more. You'd deal with this later.
>You and the girls will go clear it out. This will likely bite into the new week, but it's better to do this now instead of leaving it be.
>Close it up temporarily and try to find the real entrance first and foremost. It should be somewhere outside.
>Interrogate Yumi further, you don't trust that she's telling you everything.
