It's absolutely possible to hack and override a space marines armor, his augmentics, even bolters have computer chips inside them. The Eldar were able to manage it with sorcery, but a powerful AI like the Spirit of Eternity could do it too (pic related)
Oh what level of Techomancy would we need to make such a feat even possible!
