You suppress a laugh into nothing more than a fond smirk, shaking your head as you continue into the forest with her. Actually, now that you've shifted your attention to the woods around you, don't things seem...a little different? The trees are starting to look more barren and threatening, despite the fact that when looking at this exact area from above earlier it was verdant and bushy.
"...You know, I'm getting a bad feeling from this place now. It's way creepier now, right?" You ask, getting your fairy friend's attention on the matter and derailing her previous train of thought. She blinks, looking around in a bit of confusion.
"Yeah, actually...I didn't even notice it before." She replies, swivelling in place to look behind you, a gaze which you follow. "Woah...even the way we came from looks like that now! And the Sun is going down pretty quickly, see?" She continues, pointing towards the faintest glimpse of the sun dipping past the treeline from the direction you came. That's definitely not right - you got here by about one or two in the afternoon, so you should have plenty of sunlight left!
