>Answer Thalia's question. Maybe you could use it to vent a little bit, or just to thank her for wanting to look after you.
Whilst you walked back, Thalia would ask if you were alright, you mentioning all the feelings you had. You were disappointed in the fact you had failed. You also understood why your men felt the way they did and didn't really blame them for wanting to cut the hunt short. At least you could still see one bright side, as Grise would hopefully be less inclined to attack folk now. "Well, I hope so too. Hopefully, things will be a little bit safer thanks to your efforts now." Though on the topic of the facility and your frustrations, you decided to let off some steam as you told her how cruel this entire place was. You had to dodge death, praying each day you didn't end up becoming another statistic. Each day brought new horrors and challenges, each brought into existence by the god-awful people who used to run this place. All the while, Thalia didn't respond, keeping quiet to let you finish your rant.
You also again mentioned how the risk of deaths from Grise still existed, even mumbling that she may come after you now for revenge. You went quiet for a moment, before mentioning the people you befriended, the mystery and the cash you had made. Even though it was maybe all for nothing since the federation might just betray you, it still helped you wake up and keep going. It actually was comforting to know that there were these islands of stability in all these messes. You'd go quiet again, before thanking Thalia for asking the question, since nobody really asked you about your feelings throughout all of this. Thalia would put her arm around you and give a more sweet smile. "I'm glad I could help out. I know why you're frustrated about Grise and... can see why you'd have such a mixture of emotions going on in your head. If you ever wanna talk about any of your feelings to someone, I'd be more than happy to be that someone!"
Of course, the rest of your men also heard your frustrations, with Derek walking over and soon giving you a soft punch on the shoulder. "Don't worry, Mik. Tomorrow, after we find Logan and convince him to join us, we'll find that wolf bitch and finish the job!" The rest of your men seemed more than happy with the suggestion, even though finding Logan would mean bringing him back to wherever Annie was. Then again, you could always come back here in the future and lure the wolf back out. Especially since you had a perfect plan to deal with her. Still, that would have to wait, as you and your men soon split up. You'd look for a base of operation, Lydia at least soon delivering some good news. "Well, I checked all the cameras and didn't see her anywhere. However, we did snap a good picture of her when she first entered. So, there's at least that." It was something you could maybe sell to the government later for some profit. For the time being though, you'd focus on finding a good hiding spot.
