This more tactical approach sees them reach prominence across much of the narrow band ecosystem, beating out the Stone Moss although many pockets of it hold steadfast. Overall, this leads to a slight increase of biomass, and the narrow band ecosystem is beginning to look like less of a barren wasteland.
