T2: Thank you, Miss Sunshine.
The feline flicks its claws, suddenly filled with the nonchalance of such a non-puss.
Employee T2 does a little curtsy before exiting through the airlock.
>B-Company Agent to Appease Fortune, ask for a fortune and horoscope.
The agent looks down at the message with a bewildered look on her hard to make out face. This time around, she actually bothers entering the cell.
One out of four completed...wait.
This. This was not meant to be. Why are you..?
The agent approaches the fortune teller with an odd smirk.
AGENT: Well, well, well.
AGENT: I think I might know what your purpose is. Quite a useful addition to your facility, huh?
Her many voices wobble with unbribed curiosity.
With careful strides, the agent breaches the gap between her and her new target of interest.
The agent scribbles down a variety of notes with lightning fast speed before putting it up.
AGENT: Appease. Focus on the living conditions of the anomaly.
The agent looks around. The table and various curtains hanging around the cell have seen better days.
Before doing anything else, she does some tidying around.
The agent brushes the dust off the curtains and sets them as straight as they can be.
The agent brushes more dust off of the table before carefully sweeping it into a small bag.
AGENT: Keeping for any potential evidence.
The agent then moves onto the main attraction. The anomaly.
With a swift flick of the wrist, a coin made out of platinum makes itself known.
AGENT: Consider this a business expense. Yes, yes, yes.
The agent flicks the coin into the slot perfectly. She does so again to be able to get both.
AGENT: If you're a sentient anomaly, what do you want? Something to liven up the greys of this cell.
The agent pushes the buttons before stepping back.
With an unusual speed, the slips of paper are spat right into the Agent's awaiting hands.
The agent skims through them before holding them up to the camera.
AGENT: The others have reported doing this. I followed suit.
ANOMALY: "Only in the darkest of situations can you see your own destiny. Light can deceive. Light can blind."
ANOMALY: "Fire Rat. You're best off when you have a goal to keep yourself focused. Without the guidance of others, you are easily lost."
ANOMALY: "You try to keep a strict set of rules you must follow. I honor that, in a way."
AGENT: Cute little toy you have.
The agent turns around, heading back through the airlock without much care in the world.
AGENT: I can see the value in it.
The agent walks down the hallway. The blurry distortion on the camera confirms that Employee C is still trailing behind her. Good.
...Now time to decipher what the hell Fortune wants.
