On the Martello Isles where you resided, word had quickly gone around about the hand you’d be extending- and you made sure your own official statements and people knew to repeat it. As Loch had said, not every Imperial Martello resident came forward with open arms. In fact, about a third seemed of the mind that they were going to be taken back into the Kaiser’s arms, despite the Reich making no overtures about such and that their own compatriots outnumbered them. Would they become a problem? Maybe, but not nearly as much of one as if every single Imperial was against you. Though you’d have to make an early show of support somehow- and it was desired near immediately, with how grandiose the language of Revolution was.
