Natalia has a special sense in her body which allows her to feel changes in water pressure. As a result, she can sense motion in water from great distances. This even works in darker water, allowing her to stalk prey and pounce people even when they cannot see her coming.
Further mutations were designed by Roraima to help with this ambush predator style. Her lungs are extremely efficient at taking in oxygen and holding air for a solid period of time. As a result, she can stay underwater for extended periods of time. More importantly, her teeth are extremely sharp and can easily break bone.

"Subject 54-KC was mainly designed by Roraima as an ambush predator subject. However, I also wanted her to have more sex appeal, resulting in me giving her a bountiful chest which she could use to satisfy people with. As a result, her ability to intimidate and fight was heavily hampered, Roraima opting to leave her mostly to me. As a result, I have opted to focus more on having her become a... personal bodyguard, one who can protect me whilst also satisfying some of my urges. Unfortunately, whilst her abilities as a combatant are excellent, I still need to train her into being a proper servant. She has so far proven not too receptive to sexual training, and refuses to do many things under the idea that she 'is a soldier'. However, I believe this can be fixed with enough time and effort."
And unfortunately, you'd also see plenty of pictures of poor Natalia in various lewd scenarios. She appeared utterly enraged in all of them, never seeming scared, saddened or hurt in any way. It was just... pure rage. Though at the very least, from the sound of things, she seemed like someone you could recruit and befriend. After all, you wanted to find Elbrus and execute the bastard for all his crimes, something which Natalia might also want. Then again, from the way she was described, you could imagine that she was in a similar boat as Claudia, hating humanity for letting this happen to her...
