You had about one more question.
"So, if I'm looking to train myself in some way, whether with my mind or body, who in Gensokyo can help me?"
<span class="mu-i">"Train? You mean as if you intend to become something more than a normal human? I suppose, although I should still tell you, no matter what you do, you are and always will be an Outsider. Therefor, you can never participate under the Spell Card Rules, you understand?"</span> She states bluntly, setting her bottle down for more serious conversation.
"I understand. But I know that even if I can't do that whole... danmaku thing you all can, I could still at least make myself more than fodder. If I got into a fight with a hostile human, like say a bandit or robber, I'd need to be able to defend myself. My Outsider weapon can only last so long, and I think the same about my staff thing I bought in the Village. Plus, I'd at least be able to survive weaker Youkai the old fashioned way if I didn't have any help on my side. Like the Kedama that attacked me."
Reimu considers what you have to say on the matter for a good minute or two and nods slowly before she rises.
<span class="mu-i">"Well, first of-"</span>
(°д°) *HFFFFFUU*
Your Kedama suddenly flies out of her sleeve. Fluffy crashes right into your chest and makes you stumble back as you struggle to contain the little creature. Geez, he missed you badly!
<span class="mu-i">"Gah! So that's where he's been hiding. Grrnnn...!"</span> She grumled.
<span class="mu-i">"Anyway, as I was saying... first of all, I do know a few who could mentor you. But I have to make one thing certain right now."</span> Reimu says as she steps a bit closer to you. Her tone was strict and she meant business, even going so far that her blush from the sake she drank totally vanished as though she simply sobered on instict.
The Shrine Maiden flicked her fingers, revealing a set of paper seals between her fingers then. Ofuda, holy talismans meant for protection against disaster. Or in the Hakurei Shrine's case, for suppressing and exterminating Youkai. They were but paper, but in her hands they became powerful weapons. You Kedama glanced back at them and went cold, shyly slinking back across your shoulder to hide behind you.
<span class="mu-i">"You must not, under any circumstances, attempt to transform into a Youkai."</span>
"...I-I see..." You blinked.
You raised a hand to your mouth and gave a little cough; "I... wasn't aware that was even possible."
<span class="mu-i">"It is. On the same principle that someone who gathers enough reverence for themselves can become a god, humans may also undergo a change to become a Youkai. This is the gravest sin that humans in Gensokyo can commit. You cannot do this, no matter what. If you do... I'll have no choice but to exterminate you myself. It will be hard, because you seem to have really earned a friend in that Rabbit from Eientei, but I will follow my duty as the Hakurei Shrine Maiden."</span>
You nod.
