>>6309228>Floor 2>Turn 2/40You step on the warp panel first, feeling that same sensation of weightlessness as your body is transported to the 2nd floor of the tower.
You can feel your surroundings before you even see them. A biting cold chills you to the bone, and you find yourself up to the knees in snow. You immediately grab yourself in a vain attempt to keep the warmth from leaving your body. You were standing atop a snowy hill, overlooking a clearing down below. More snow was falling, yet you could make out one patch of grass that was curiously free from any dusting. That was unmistakably the warp panel that would lead you to the third floor. The only problem was…
“Goddess’ tits! What’s with this blasted cold?” Butch complains, taking a step near you as he trudges through the snow. “How do these Morfiains even know what snow is? Is that the panel down there? Let’s hurry up and get out of here!”
>“Wait, this hill is covered in frost, and we can hardly make out the terrain. Climbing down might be too dangerous. We should try and find another way down. Or at least take our time.”“F-fuck that!” Butch complains. “I’m not cut out for this weather. It’s just a bit of snow, we’ll be fine!”
Scanning the surroundings, you see no sign of Saoirse. She was supposed to have started on this floor, but it looks like by now she’s already made it out. The Sreng woman would have had no issue with this cold, the temperature being similar enough to her homeland. It would be helpful to link up with her again before she got too far ahead.
Your teeth chatter as you consider your next move.
