Which you do, telling her what you'd felt from Chaya, her words and more importantly her emotions. Then, from there you go into what you'd learned from Bane, how the Sith had ways to do something like what happened, requiring direct eye contact. As you convey this, you feel Meloka almost interrupt, silencing herself and letting you keep telling her what all you'd found out. And when you're done, she's silent for a few seconds, thinking over what all you told her.
“I see.” she eventually replies aloud, her expression clouded. “Maybe I should go see her while the kids are training with Raven and the old Guardian. Might be able to talk some sense into her.”
“You're not gonna stay and watch us?” Okira asks, sounding genuinely upset.
“Don't worry, I'll watch. Just have to go talk to your big sister for a few minutes first.” Meloka replies, turning to the youngest girl and smiling as if she's not worried. But you can tell that it's forced, that she's not happy with something you'd told her. “But I'll be there. I want to see how far you all have come.”
“YAY! Momma's coming, Momma's coming!” Kayle cheers excitedly, grabbing everything left on her plate in one hand and shoving the entire fistful of food into her mouth. To which you chuckle, digging back into your own breakfast as well. Silver's work is as excellent as always, you devouring your meal to replenish the energy you'd burned sparring and doing your first workout of the day.
Once everyone's done, you and Meloka lead your children outside, everyone including Turles and Ticho, surprisingly, joining in. Your friend flying up level with you, his daughter flying alongside Kori and Broly.
“Mind if we tag along?” Turles asks. “Been looking to get her a bit more control, and figured the old one's the way to go.”
“Of course, I don't mind.” you reply, Meloka holding both Okira and Karn Jr as if they were both several years younger. Which they don't seem to mind one bit, holding on to her new gi as you all fly over the sea. “Something happen?”
“You could say that.” he replies, going silent for several seconds. “Did you hear about Cooler?”
“No? What's going on?” you ask him, suddenly even more worried than you were about Chaya.
“Seems that, as Emperor of the Universe, he's been building back up the rest of the military of the PTO, ignoring us completely.” Turles tells you. “And one of his main focuses has been on the Tamaraneans. Since they can breathe and fight in the void of space like his family can.”
