You decide to stick around for a while. The Amish need to have the silver taken out of them and you've got more than a few questions to ask the doctor. Alex and Marley both shift back to Homid so that they can take a better look at the wounds, since the war form isn't really suited to providing first aid. Using the knives that you stole from the Hampton & Holt personnel, they carefully try to extract the bullets from the flesh they're embedded in. The damage won't heal any time soon, but the silver is causing the injured Garou a great deal of pain. Once it's removed, the wounds can be dressed in order to limit blood loss. There's got to be a first aid kit somewhere around here.

While the others are busy with that, you get to work interrogating the doctor who you kneecapped, one question at a time. You start with a simple one: What's downstairs?
"The intensive care unit," she says. "It's... It's where we keep patients who are more receptive to Endowment. We carry out the procedure down there too, in the Enrichment Center." Endowment and enrichment are just a pair of fancy words for turning the mentally ill into monstrous Fomori. You saw the products of their 'procedure' in the back of that truck.
How did they know that your pack was coming?
"A shipment of Endowed that our affiliates had collected was destroyed in transit earlier today," she explains through gritted teeth, still clutching her busted knee. "They thought that the operation here had been discovered by lycanthropes, so they sent a team here to keep an eye on us. We didn't have a choice, you've got to believe me! None of us ever wanted to hurt anyone!" Before she make more excuses for herself, you move on to the next question.
How many soldiers did Hampton & Holt send to the institute? How many security guards does the intensive care unit normally have?
"We never have more than four guards working at the same time. The hospital has more security than that, but most aren't allowed access to the ICU." You're a little surprised by that. You even suspect that she might be lying. "Our affiliates sent a team of ten operators and four Endowed auxiliaries. We tried to them that it wasn't necessary, but we had no choice! None of us wanted to do any of this, they would've killed us if we didn't do as they said!"
Why isn't she suffering from Delirium like everyone else?
"Delerex Lupus 7. It's a hyperarousal suppressant that I was forced to take. Our affiliates wanted a medical officer on hand at all times. If there was a lycanthrope incident, that officer would be responsible for wiping any information pertaining to the Endowment operation from the institute's server. Look, I've answered all of your questions, please, you've got to let me go! I had nothing to do with any of this, I promise!"
